A load consists of 27kg or less and is charged at a single load of laundry, irrespective of whether the load is less than 27kg.
All items are kept separately in a unit-designated bag. The property itself has secured storage where the laundry is stored.

Yes, we supply the chemicals as it is incorporated within the service charge.
Generally, we replace the breakages and invoice the owners unless the owners have their own spare items.
No laundry services are offered on a public holidays and Sundays. Cleaning services can be arranged at a surcharge of 35% above the standard rates.
